K2 Field Trip to Phu Wiang Fossil Research Centre

It’s official - field trips are back on! After a very long wait, Thai Singapore International School finally took Kindergarten 2 pupils for experiential learning outside of the classroom. The K2 classes recently took a field trip Phu Wiang Fossil Research Centre to see their Dinosaur Museum for an educational and enjoyable learning experience.

The excited students experienced a memorable bus ride and variety of activities that helped to bring the museum’s ancient past alive. Through interactive displays, fossil exhibits, and dinosaur replicas, the children gained valuable knowledge about extinct creatures that once roamed the Earth. Despite the pandemic making field trips almost impossible in the past year, Thai Singapore International School managed to make it happen and gave its students a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that they’ll never forget!

The field trip is proof that with patience and dedication, field trips can still be arranged and enjoyed safely. Let’s take this as a lesson that fun activities after the pandemic are possible with the right precautions in place.

Exploration and Discovery of fun places will continue with the other levels in the NK division. Until our next Field Trip update!
