Secondary Students visited Mahidol University International College

On the 1st of July, seventeen (17) secondary students from Secondary 3 to Secondary 6 levels visited Mahidol University International College (MUIC). The day started off with an informational general orientation where our students had the opportunity to learn more about the programs offered and the application processes of the institution, and a chance to connect with a few of the university students who were tasked to handle the activity. This was followed by a tour at the Food Science and Biological Sciences departments’ respective laboratories.

It was an eye-opening experience for our students as they got to directly connect with two (2) university department heads and have a look at the cutting-edge university facilities, which piqued their interest and gave them extremely useful information in deciding the field of study they might want to pursue. After having an enjoyable lunch at the MUIC food court, the students independently wandered around the massive campus on bicycles so they could check out the area and get a feel of the university atmosphere.

It was a fulfilling and worthwhile experience.
